The Cel Shaded Graphics in Fallout 4 that this Borderlands like Mod can apply really suit the style of the game. So I put together a 'HOW TO' video

This mod isn’t set up on nexus yet so you need to use an extra program or two to set it up. There are a couple of ways but here is the simplest.
